Brgr.Haus Caracasbaai
Conceived as a dynamic waterfront destination, Caracasbaai integrates multiple gastrobar concepts within a unified architectural language. The project balances industrial aesthetics with natural elements, generating an atmosphere that is both contemporary and relaxed. Its proximity to the sea and boat bay reinforces the identity of the place as a meeting point between urban life and coastal experience.
Project Brief
Caracasbaai was designed as a multifunctional gastronomic village that responds to its coastal context while offering a diverse and immersive spatial experience. The challenge was to articulate several gastrobar spaces within a cohesive architectural framework, maintaining visual continuity while allowing each area to express its own character.
The project explores the relationship between industrial architecture and tropical nature, using light, materials, and spatial openness to enhance the connection with the sea. The design prioritizes user experience, flexibility of use, and a strong visual identity that positions Caracasbaai as a distinctive landmark along the waterfront.
